Jessica graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Physiotherapy. Prior to this, she completed a Human Science degree with a major in Human Movement at Macquarie University. With previous experience in the hospital system, Jessica is passionate about providing a holistic and person-centred approach to healthcare.
Jessica strives to ensure a supportive and warm environment where patients receive quality care to help them reach their goals and continue doing the activities they love.

She is interested in all areas of musculoskeletal injury and loves empowering individuals to maintain their independence as they age. Jessica practices using the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and has a special interest in Women’s Health.
She is also skilled in golf assessments, identifying which aspects of physical fitness to target to improve mobility and strength.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, reading, and playing sports such as netball and golf.
