Golf Assessment
Unlock your full potential on the golf course with our comprehensive Golf Assessments at Prana Physiotherapy & Health. Our practitioners have a special interest in biomechanics and the essential physical factors crucial for excelling in golf. We evaluate your mobility, coordination, swing mechanics, and address positions, considering any past or current injuries to help you play at your best. Whether you’re returning to play post-injury or seeking to minimise injury risks, our qualified Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists are here to support your journey.

What is Included in a Golf Assessment?
Our golf assessments offer a thorough 50-minute, face-to-face evaluation with our experienced Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists. You’ll receive a detailed written report outlining areas for improvement, recommended exercises, and strategies to enhance your performance. This report is for you and can also be shared with your golf coach. If desired, we are happy to collaborate directly with your coach to optimise your training.
Why Choose Prana Physiotherapy & Health?
Our team comprises qualified Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists who are emerging and passionate golfers themselves. We focus on enhancing mobility, biomechanics, coordination, and strength, tailored to each individual. Our expertise in injury management and rehabilitation, combined with a strong interest in helping you play golf pain-free, ensures that our assessments are research-based, effective, and safe.
Meet the Prana team members who are passionate about golf: Jessica Baldock and Will Casimir.

Post Assessment Follow Up
Within 48 hours of your appointment, you will receive your detailed report via email. Based on your assessment outcomes, goals, and any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing, your Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist may recommend further treatments or participation in our Clinical Pilates or Strength Bones and Balance classes. Subsequent appointments will follow standard Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology sessions.
Will I Benefit from a Golf Assessment?
Our golf assessments are beneficial for golfers of all levels, whether you play frequently or occasionally. Each assessment and program is customised to your individual needs and abilities. We recommend a golf assessment every 3-6 months to track your progress and manage any injuries effectively.
