Chris joins Prana Physiotherapy & Health with 9 years experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Having previously worked in London and Sydney, with national level waterpolo teams, Rugby Union Australia and Dancing with the Stars 2019, Chris continues to strive to help all her patients reach any goal.
Chris has attained a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at ACU and a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University. She continues to follow her passion in concussion, spinal, shoulder and headache management and has spoken in conferences in London on thoracic outlet syndrome treatment. Chris has also spent time volunteering in Nepal in local hospitals.
Chris enjoys working with anyone, whether they be an athlete, weekend warrior or those just looking to improve their health and wellbeing. Chris understands the pressure of competing as well, as she has competed on the international stage in salsa and has several world titles.
Chris’ philosophy is that a sound clinical reasoning, paired with functional rehabilitation and hands on treatment yields the best outcome. Chris enjoys utilising Clinical Pilates as well as the gym to improve any function.
When Chris isn’t in clinic, she’s usually outside hiking, dancing in the studio work or travelling.
